Reisepass

Issued by the chief of police in Skien January 24, 1854. Blacksmith Anders Olsen who arrived in Skien with a passport from Assens in Denmark dated January 15, 1853, and who had since May last year been undergoing a treatment at the Bratsberg Amt Hospital, is now intending to travel to his home-parish of Hof in Jarlsberg and Laurvig County.
